How long does sigma take to ship
If your package does not pass customs clearance, it will be returned to sender and you will be notified once it is received in our office. For all shipping methods except Next Day orders please allow business days for your order to process before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details once your package has shipped. Shipping times are subject to change due to card validation. Sigma reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Next Day not available for PO Boxes. First Class International shipping time is business days and will not provide tracking information. Due to delays caused by COVID, all guaranteed shipping times are suspended for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
Orders will arrive to a local carrier for final delivery. Any fees charged at delivery are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. Even the receipt they sent me was in US dollars, indicating nowhere on it anything about currency exchange. I think typically people like to know what they're paying for a product before they're charged. When I contacted Sigma about this, they replied blaming it on shipping costs that have nothing to do with the company when I had clearly stated that I was upset they couldn't simply indicate that they're prices are in US dollars.

And my local post say they cannot find it and sigma told me to wait and that it may take over 31 days to arrive. I waited that long and emailed again and they then said it could take 8 weeks to process at the facility to ship.
I am appalled at their service as it is now just becoming a joke and I believe now that it may never arrive and that I may have just wasted money that I can't afford to lose as I am a student who doesn't earn much and I am not able to even afford to pay for my sisters hens party which is a real shame.

Each response to my email took about 2 days, and eventually when they said they would send me another, I waited a month before emailing them again, and having to wait at least another working days for a response this time. When they finally responded, they had no idea what I was talking about and I had to recount the whole history again of what had happened, and why they were going to send me a new one and ask why it hadn't already been sent.

Placed an order on a Friday but didn't receive confirmation despite the funds been taken out of my account.
Emailed and had to way 3 business days for a response which I thought they would have fixed after advising me of a glitch in the system. Asked them for tracking ID. Had to wait another 3 business days for response then they respond with we refunded the money today all our brushes are out of stock. I then places the exact same order again after creating another account and surprise surprise all in stock still.
I get a response in three business days that's sarcastic which links me to a conversion rate website as if I'm somehow uneducated about the difference in currency - even though it was their fault to begin with to rerund me without communication. I have asked for a phone number several times to sort this out as I can't keep waiting 3 business days inbetween responses. Each time I've asked they have replied to the rest of the email and not that part. Sent an email two weeks ago just asking for a phone number and no response!
