Michael R. Anyway… Been here a couple of times. I would personally wear anything they sell here due to the hipster factor though. Melanie C. Earlier this year I picked up the last pair of Acne pistol boots at the store. When I got home I noticed there was something off about the leather on one of the boots.
Every time I have been there to try something on, staff are incredibly knowledgable and always make great suggestions or pick out pieces I might have overlooked.
Could you get it online for cheaper? Yes, probably. But I find that the overall experience in being able to actually try things on while supporting a local business are more important than saving a few bucks. The only downside to the store are the hours. Last I checked, they closed at 6 pm which might make it hard for people with 9 to 5 jobs to shop in the evening. Bebe B. Designers I like here: Isabel Marant and A. Randy S. Tried to order a top online — their system had technical difficulties so I phoned customer service to get help. Got the store manager who told me there was nothing she could do help me because the online store is different. Why they would use the same is beyond reason. Manager would not put the top on hold for me while their online store was trying to sort out problem — can you believe it!!!
Talk about bad customer service. After badgering her, she finally agreed to hold the top for 2 hours — even though she knew the problem was on their end and they needed to fix it!!! But it gets worse,.
I opened the box and the top was damaged! Thankfully I did get an email back from the manager and she said a full refund was no problem because of their admittedly bad quality control. But hen trying to coordinate a pick up to return the top — I had to phone the clerk at their store back several times to basically coordinate it myself! After waiting 3 weeks and seeing no refund, I phoned again to ask what was happening — talk about poor communication and total lack of customer service.

I left with one item from the front and one from the back and felt totally satisfied with my purchases. The change rooms are essentially airport bathroom stalls running along the right wall.
There is only one mirror in which you must exit said stall to see how your unique fashion find is fitting.
